August Roundup

Wow, what a busy month. But it was great.

On 8/11 we celebrated being in Houston for a year!!!!

Brett is working on a special bed for Owen that involves a ship steering wheel:)

I took a business trip to Chicago and we went on a sunset cruise. It was absolutely gorgeous.

Had some fun visiting with the Babbs (although Owen was sick:()

Maddi and Daddy enjoyed some fro yo.

And Owen started Karate!

Fun times.

First Day of School!

It was a big day of firsts here in the Geissler household.

Owen started Kindergarten:)

 Even a good luck rainbow.

And despite her best effort, even Maddi got excited about her first day of Preschool:)

OC Maryland Rocks!

We took our annual trip to OC, Maryland with my mom. And it was lots of fun as always:) We spent lots of time at the beach and the pool. And even took our shop-til-you-drop trip with the girls.

Beach time is getting more and more fun as the kids get older.

We of course spent a night riding the rides on the boardwalk!

Shopping was fun! Maybe too much...

Lots of swimming in the pool, relaxing, playing and coloring.

  

And there was even fun to be had during a layover at the Philly airport.
