September Roundup

A fun but busy month indeed.

More baseball at an OU Alumni Event. This time the Astros.

It was our turn for snack week and of course I had to overachieve and use some Pinterest recipes!!!
Corn Dog Muffins

Pirate Bananas

I made a new fall wreath for my door.

Maddi is just cute and silly.

And Owen won a raffle for his school fundraiser. Yay!

Actually looking forward to the "winter" months so things can slow down a bit...

GO Skeeters!

We finally had time to check out the minor league baseball team in our area, The Sugarland Skeeters. The park was amazing and we got amazing seats for like $12 each!!!

There is a pool, a playground, a splash pad and even a carousel for the kids to enjoy. Oh, and of course baseball. We saw some friends from school and even got to enjoy one of the best fireworks displays I have ever seen.

Play ball!

Return to Florida

Time to return to Florida for Labor Day to visit my Dad and Stepmom! With Owen starting school and Brett's limited vacation schedule the boys had a short trip but the girls got to stay extra long to play:)

First of all, we had the most amazing time at Legoland. We knew Owen would love it but were shocked at how well done it is. A must see if you have a kiddo into Legos.

There is a large part that is Mini Land which has all kinds of cities and scenes built out of legos. Really cool to see.

We found my Dad's doppelganger!

Maddi at the wheel...she's got a few things to learn.

There were tons of people, places and things built from Legos and lots of fun rides!!!!

There were some pretty great Star Wars models.

And a really fun safari!

What a fantastic time!!!!

We also had a nice time hanging out at the beach.

And even got some Bounce House time in at my Stepmom's church festival.

After the boys left we still managed to have lots of fun:)
We made gluten-free cookies with a new mix my Stepmom bought.

And enjoyed tea time at the club:)

Overall just a really relaxing and fantastic week!
